What We Handle

Eight Things We Run So Your Team Can Focus on the Service

When it comes to revivals and special events we do not just run ads. We build and manage the whole system.

  • The StrategyWe build a custom marketing plan for your revival or event based on your goals, your city and your budget. A three night revival in a town of 20,000 is not promoted the same way as a two day conference in a metro.
  • The CreativeWe write every script and every creative concept. You record a short video on your phone, or we use the photos and video you already have from previous nights.
  • The AdsWe write every word of every Facebook and Instagram ad, then launch campaigns designed to reach people across your community who would never see a flyer.
  • The Registration PageWe build the page where people register, and we install a tracking pixel so you know exactly how many people in the room came from the ads rather than from the platform.
  • The AutomationsEveryone who registers immediately starts receiving texts and emails reminding them about the event and encouraging them to come. The night before matters more than the day you launched.
  • The Follow-UpWe create the full follow-up system so every registrant is worked before the event, and we train your team on how to make the calls.
  • The LaunchWe handle all the technical setup, launch the ads, watch performance and make adjustments throughout the campaign.
  • The ReportingYou always know how many people registered, what each registration cost, and how many guests actually attended because of the campaign.
Why It Is Different

Promoting a Revival Is Not the Same as Promoting a Sunday

Most church event promotion is a flyer, a few social posts, and a push from the platform two Sundays out. That reaches the people already in your building.

A revival or a conference has a fixed date and a room that either fills or does not. It needs a different structure than an evergreen visitor campaign.

The window is short. You are not building an audience over six months. You are moving people to a decision inside a few weeks, which means the creative has to work faster and the reminders matter more than the launch.

Registration is the whole measurement. Without a registration page and a pixel, you have no idea whether the people who filled your room came from the ads, from the platform, or from the same members who come to everything. With one, you know your cost per registration and your actual attribution.

Reminders carry the night. Somebody who registers three weeks out has a lot of life between now and then. Texts and emails between registration and the doors opening are what turn a name on a list into a body in a seat.

The follow-up decides the fruit. A revival brings people in who have never set foot in your building. If nobody calls them the week after, the altar moment stays a moment. The Event Growth System includes the follow-up structure, not just the ads.

A flyer reaches the person already walking past your building. An ad reaches the family that moved into your city last week and has been searching on their phone every night since.

What We Promote

Events We Build Campaigns For

01

Revival nights and revival weeks

Multi-night services with a visiting evangelist or your own pulpit. We promote the whole run, not just opening night.

02

Conferences and summits

Leadership, women's, men's, youth, business and prophetic conferences with registration and ticketing.

03

Guest speakers and ministers

A name draws a crowd only if the city knows they are coming. We put the announcement in front of people who follow that ministry.

04

Christmas and Easter services

The two Sundays a year when people who never attend will consider walking in. Worth advertising properly.

05

Outreaches and community events

Giveaways, block parties, back to school events and holiday outreaches that put your church in front of the neighborhood.

06

Church anniversaries and launches

New campuses, relaunches and anniversary services where turnout is the entire point.

Questions

Revival and Event Promotion FAQs

How far in advance should we start advertising a revival?

Start the campaign at least 3 to 4 weeks before the first night. That gives the ads time to find the right people, gives us room to test creative, and leaves a real reminder window between registration and the doors opening.

Two weeks is workable if the event is already scheduled and the creative exists. Under 10 days you are paying more per registration for less reach, because the campaign never gets out of its learning phase.

How much does it cost to promote a church revival or conference?

The ad spend depends on your city, the size of the room and how many nights you are filling. Most churches running a multi-night revival budget somewhere between $500 and $2,000 for the campaign, and that money goes directly to Meta rather than to us.

What matters more than the total is the cost per registration, which we report throughout the campaign so you can decide whether to add budget while it is still running.

How do I promote a revival service if our church has never run ads?

You do not need any prior advertising experience or an existing audience. We build the campaign from scratch: the strategy, the creative concept, every word of copy, the registration page, the pixel, the reminder automations and the follow-up structure.

What we need from your side is the date, the details, a short video or the photos you already have, and one person who will call registrants before the first night.

Can you tell us how many people came from the ads?

Yes, and this is the part most churches have never had. We install a tracking pixel on the registration page, so you get the number of registrations, the cost per registration and the attribution.

Attendance on the night still depends on your reminders and your follow-up calls, which we build and train your team on.

Do you work with Pentecostal and charismatic churches?

Almost exclusively. Church Amplified was built for Spirit-filled churches that preach the full gospel, believe in altar calls and run real revival services.

Travis is an associate pastor and has run campaigns for events with one of the largest Spirit-filled ministries in the world. You are not explaining what a revival is, or why the service ran three hours, to an agency that has never sat in one.

What if our event is free with no ticket?

Free events still need registration. A free event with no registration gives you no list, no reminder path and no way to know who is coming.

We build a free registration page for exactly this reason. People still register, still get the reminders, and still end up on your list after the event ends.
